This website (starkposters.com) is operated by Stark Posters, based at Schönbüel 3, 6300 Zug, Switzerland ("Stark Posters", "we", "us", or "our"). Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services (the "Services") to you. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

2. Products & Made-to-Order Fulfillment

We design original ski and mountain wall art and offer framed posters in multiple sizes (up to 40×50 cm) and frame finishes (black, white, and solid oak). Every poster is printed and framed to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. We make every effort to display the colours, proportions, and frame finishes of our posters as accurately as possible, though slight variations may occur depending on your screen calibration and natural wood grain on oak frames.

All designs sold by Stark Posters are independent artistic works and do not use official ski resort logos or third-party registered trademarks unless explicitly stated.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All store prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless another currency is displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to update product prices, discontinue designs, or modify promotional offers at any time without prior notice (changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed). Promotional discount codes (such as welcome offers) apply according to their stated terms and cannot be combined with other discount codes unless explicitly permitted.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information for all purchases made at our store.

4. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping timelines, fulfillment details, and replacement/refund rules for damaged, defective, or made-to-order items are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, poster designs, graphics, photography, text, and logos on starkposters.com are the intellectual property of Stark Posters or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchasing a physical poster grants you personal ownership of that physical print only; you may not reproduce, scan, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any Stark Posters artwork without our prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stark Posters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased through the store. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product purchased from us shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.
